How it works
The bot sends a ping every 3 minutes to report its status. Here's how we determine the health of each period:
Current Status
- Operational: Last ping received within 10 minutes and status is OK
- Degraded: Last ping shows degraded functionality (e.g., Twitter or Discord issues)
- Offline: No ping received for more than 10 minutes (bot down)
24 Hours View
- Green: All pings OK during the hour
- Orange: At least one degraded status reported
- Red: Gap of 10+ minutes without ping
- Gray: No data available (before bot started)
30 Days View
- Green: Shows the total number of new tweets received that day
- Orange: More than 50% of the day with degraded service
- Red: More than 25% of the day offline
- Gray: No data available (before bot started)
Note: The bot monitors Twitter feeds and posts updates to Discord every 3 minutes. "Degraded" status typically indicates temporary issues with Twitter or Discord API (outside the bot's direct control), while "Offline" status means that the bot itself is offline.
